Preheat oven to 375°
In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together. Set aside.
Using a large bowl, beat butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
Add corn syrup and vanilla, beat until combined.
Next, add eggs and beat until blended.
Gradually add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and beat until combined.
Stir oatmeal and butterscotch morsels into mixture.
Using a 1 1/2 inch cookie scoop, drop onto ungreased baking sheet(s) and bake for 7 minutes for chewy cookies and 9 minutes for a more crispy cookie.
Remove from oven, let sit on cookie sheet for a couple minutes then remove to wire rack.
