Crock Pot Boneless Beef Round Tip Roast

In a 6 to 8 quart crock pot, add chopped onions to the bottom.
Place roast on top of onions and add minced garlic.
Sprinkle garlic salt, smoked paprika, pepper, cumin and chili powder on top of meat.
Pour Rotel® on roast.
Add potatoes, and then beef broth.
Cover and cook for 8 hours on high or 10-12 hours on low.
