Tri Tip Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
leftover Tri Tip Roast
sliced ΒΌ inch thick

(I used Texas toast)

of cheese,
I used spicy cheese)
Butter
Instructions
Butter each piece of bread.
Place bread, buttered side down, in a large frying pan heated over low/medium heat.
Place cheese, sliced roast, cheese and top with additional piece of bread, buttered side up.
Cook over low/medium heat until desired crispiness is obtained.
Flip over each sandwich and cook until done.
Notes
I cover the pan with a lid to help melt the cheese when I am making grilled cheese sandwiches that have additional ingredients like meat.
