Asiago Gouda Cheese Bread

- 1 loaf of country french bread, any loaf bread will work
- 1 stick butter, softened
- Garlic salt to taste, approximately 1-2 tablespoons
- 1 cup Asiago cheese, grated
- 1 cup Gouda cheese, grated
- Jalapeño olive oil, I used Sciabica's®
Slice bread lengthwise, and butter each side.
Sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.
Add grated Asiago to both pieces, then add grated Gouda.
Drizzle with jalapeño olive oil.
Place in broiler and broil until cheese is bubbly and starts to brown.
Remove from oven, slice and eat immediately.
