Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla.

In separate bowl, whisk together flour, powdered oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda.

Stir dry ingredients into butter and egg mixture until well incorporated.

Add grated chocolate bar, stir.

Add chocolate chips and nuts, stir until well combined.

Roll cookie dough into 1 inch balls and flatten slightly to 1/2 inch.

Place balls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 6-10 minutes or until bottom just begins to brown.

Once removed from oven, let cool on cookie sheet for about 3 minutes, then remove to cooling rack.

*This recipe can very easily be reduced. Cut ingredients in half to make approximately 60-75 cookies.
