Remove sausage from casing and add to large skillet.
Crumble and cook over medium heat until done.
Drain grease, reserving 2 tablespoons and add back to pan. Set sausage aside.
Saute onions and garlic until done.
Pour diced tomatoes to skillet with onions and garlic.
Sprinkle basil, oregano, salt and pepper into the tomato mixture.
Cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
Return Italian sausage to skillet and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Unroll pizza doughs and place on lightly floured counter/cutting board.
Spoon sausage mixture onto each pizza dough and roll up lengthwise.
Seal seam with a little water and seal up the ends.
Pop in the oven for 14-17 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Remove from oven, slice into 2 inch pieces.
