Deviled Eggs with a Tuna Twist

  • 7-8 hard boiled eggs cut in half.
  • 1/4 cup tuna fish drained
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp dill relish
  • 1/2 tsp salt more if needed
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • Paprika
  • Dried parsley optional


  1. Boil eggs, let cool.
  2. Once cooled, peel and cut each egg in half.
  3. Take out yokes and place in a mixing bowl.
  4. Smash with a fork and add tuna, mayonnaise, relish, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir until well incorporated.
  6. Spoon mixture into each egg.
  7. Sprinkle with a little paprika and dried parsley (optional)
  8. Chill and enjoy!
