Boil eggs, let cool.

Once cooled, peel and cut each egg in half.

Take out yokes and place in a mixing bowl.

Smash with a fork and add tuna, mayonnaise, relish, salt and pepper.

Stir until well incorporated.

Spoon mixture into each egg.

Sprinkle with a little paprika and dried parsley (optional)
