Bacon Wrapped Hashbrown Patties

Ingredients

lb
applewood bacon
any bacon will do

hasbrown patties
Vegetable oil
enough to cover the pan with ½" of oil
Optional
Sour Cream
Avocado slices
Salsa
Scrambled eggs
Instructions
Heat oil in a large frying pan to 350°.
Wrap each hashbrown with 1-2 strips of bacon.
Place each hashbrown into pan and fry until desired crispiness is obtained.
Remove from pan and place onto a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve with sour cream, avocado slices, salsa and scrambled eggs.
