These corn ribs are absolutely delicious and a crowd pleaser. They are super flavorful, seasoned perfectly, and make a great appetizer or snack the whole family will enjoy.

  • Preheat the oven to 425°.
  • Lay corn ribs on the baking sheet and spray with oil.
  • In a small bowl, stir all the seasons together until combined.
  • Sprinkle seasons over corn ribs and lightly spray again with olive oil.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 20-22 minutes.
  • Remove and serve with melted butter or your favorite sauce.
  • Other optional choices are: mayonnaise, sour cream, fresh cilantro, cotija cheese, and lime juice.
