  • Spray an 8 quart crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add potatoes and cover with chicken broth.
  • Cook on high for 3.5-4 hours or until potatoes are fork tender.
  • Drain potatoes and return them to the crock pot.
  • Add butter, cream cheese, and seasonings.
  • Using an electric mixer, beat the potato mixture until combined.
  • Sprinkle with cheese, and stir sour cream, green onions and bacon into the potatoes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.
