In a large frying pan or skillet over medium high heat, cook ground beef and onions until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic and cook for another two minutes. Drain and return to the pan.
Add taco seasoning and water. Continue cooking until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Heat refried beans in a medium pan until hot.
In a shallow pan, heat oil over medium high heat.
Fry corn tortillas until golden and hard on both sides then place on a baking sheet lined with paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
In a small bowl, mix half the enchilada sauce and half the hot sauce together.
Making the Pizza
Spread refried beans on a fried tortilla followed by taco meat. Sprinkle with cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
Spoon sauce over the top and sprinkle with additional shredded cheese, and add diced tomatoes.
Cut into 4 pieces and enjoy.
