- 2 pounds smoked sausage, cut into ¼-inch slices
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- (2) 15 ounce whole kernel corn, drained
- (2) 15 ounce green beans, drained
- 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama seasoning
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup butter, divided
In a large cast iron pan or large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add butter and sliced sausages. Stir and cook until sausage is browned on both sides.
Add onions and garlic and continue cooking for another couple minutes.
Sprinkle seasoning and pepper into the pan, stir, and then add remaining butter, green beans and corn.
Cook until vegetables are heated through, stirring frequently.
Serve hot.
