Smoked Sausage, Green Beans and Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds smoked sausage, cut into ¼-inch slices
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • (2) 15 ounce whole kernel corn, drained
  • (2) 15 ounce green beans, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup butter, divided

Instructions

  • In a large cast iron pan or large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add butter and sliced sausages. Stir and cook until sausage is browned on both sides.
  • Add onions and garlic and continue cooking for another couple minutes.
  • Sprinkle seasoning and pepper into the pan, stir, and then add remaining butter, green beans and corn.
  • Cook until vegetables are heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Serve hot.
