Magnolia Banana Pudding Parfaits

These Magnolia Banana Pudding Parfaits are made with the famous banana pudding from Magnolia's Bakery. This copycat pudding recipe is so creamy and delicious. Each parfait is loaded with mini Nilla wafers, sliced bananas, and banana pudding, and garnished with whipped cream, a banana slice and wafer.

  • In a medium bowl beat condensed milk and water on medium speed until combined.
  • Add the instant pudding mix and beat until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until firm, 2 hours or overnight.
  • Once the pudding is firm, in a medium bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Add the pudding a little at a time and gently mix until blended.
  • Add a few mini Nilla wafers into the parfait glasses followed by a layer of banana slices.
  • Next, spoon banana pudding into the parfait glasses and repeat the layers.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 4-8 hours.
  • When ready to serve, top with whipped cream, crushed Nilla wafers, a banana slice and a Nilla wafer.
