  • Boil noodles according to package directions until al dente. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet or frying pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add in chicken tenders, garlic, and sprinkle with seasonings.
  • Cook until chicken is no longer pink and completely cooked through, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Remove from the pan and cut tenders into strips. Set aside.
  • In the same pan, melt butter and sprinkle it with flour. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in heavy cream and whisk until well combined.
  • Add in parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Pour in pasta water and mix well.
  • Pour pasta into sauce and mix well.
  • Add chicken to pasta and serve immediately.
