- 16 ounce Challah bread, cut into 1 inch pieces and let sit out for an hour.
- 32 ounce Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer
- 5 large eggs
For the Glaze Drizzle
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 15.5 ounce Smucker’s hot fudge topping, only used about half of the bottle
- Optional: Red and white candied sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 13x9 baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs and creamer together.
Add bread pieces to egg mixture. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes.
Pour bread into prepared baking dish.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 55-60 minutes.
Remove foil and continue to bake for 10 additional minutes.
Carefully remove from oven
For the Glaze Drizzle
In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, vanilla and milk together until combined. Add more milk if needed.
Top with hot fudge, glaze drizzle and candied sprinkles.
Serve warm.
