  • In a 6 or 8 quart crock pot, spray with non-stick cooking spray or use a liner.
  • Add diced onions and sliced apple to the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Place pork chops on top and sprinkle with seasonings.
  • Spread cream of mushroom soup over the top of the pork chops and sprinkle packet of onion soup mix on top of the soup.
  • Pour vegetable broth over the top, cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low 6-7 hours.
