For the Creamy Sauce

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil over medium heat and cook pasta according to package directions for al dente. Rinse and set aside.
  • Fry bacon in a large frying pan until crispy. Remove and place on a plate lined with paper towels. Once cool enough to handle, break into coarse crumbles. Set aside.

For the Chicken

  • Beat chicken to desired thickness, cut into 1-inch pieces, and season with garlic salt, pepper, Slap Ya Mama, paprika, and dry ranch seasoning.
  • In a large pan, melt butter. Place seasoned chicken breast pieces in pan and cook for 7-9 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from pan and set aside.

For the Creamy Sauce

  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the same pan and add onions and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.
  • Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and sprinkle with dry ranch seasoning. Add sharp cheddar, white cheddar, and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with Slap Ya Mama, paprika, and garlic salt.
  • Stir to mix well. Let come to a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer. Add in spinach and let simmer for another 4-5 minutes.
  • Add pasta and stir.
  • Add in cut up chicken, bacon crumbles and tomatoes. Stir to combine, top with sliced green onions, optional, and serve.
