Dutch Oven Pulled Pork

Preheat the oven to 325°.
Place pork shoulder on a large cutting board.
In a small bowl, whisk all seasonings together. Set aside.
Rub with mustard all over the top and sides.
Next, rub the seasonings and spices all over the pork.
Using a large Dutch oven or roasting pan, add onions and whole garlic cloves.
Place pork roast, fat/skin side down on top of the onions.
Pour chicken broth into the pan and cover with foil.
Bake in a preheated oven for 7-7.5 hours or until pork is fall off the fork tender.
Carefully remove from the oven and let rest for 30-45 minutes. Leave foil tented over the top.
Remove pork from the bone and serve with your favorite side dish and a side salad.
*Add additional broth if necessary as it bakes.
