  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1-2 cups snap peas

Instructions

  • Cook noodles as the package instructs. Drain and set aside.

For the Beef

  • Add olive oil to wok and heat over medium high heat.

  • Add minced garlic, broccoli, snow peas, cabbage and water chestnuts, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add beef back to the pan, stir and add noodles. Toss to combine.

For the Sauce

  • In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, mix all the sauce ingredients together (except the cornstarch and water) and bring to a simmer.
  • In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water together and add to the sauce. Stir until thickened.
  • Pour sauce into the pan and toss everything together.
  • Let cook for 3-4 additional minutes then serve and enjoy.
