In a large frying pan or skillet, cook ground beef, onions, and seasonings until no longer pin and onions are tender. Drain and return to the pan.
Add diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, beef broth, and cubed potatoes. Stir and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook until potatoes are tender.
Once potatoes are tender, add frozen vegetables.
Return to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Ladle soup into individual bowls, salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy.
