Chicken Spaghetti Casserole
This delicious and easy chicken spaghetti casserole is definitely filling and satisfying. Made with deliciously seasoned chicken, a homemade spaghetti sauce and pasta. Always a favorite! Serve with a side salad and garlic bread for a scrumptious dinner everyone will enjoy.

Preheat oven to 400° and spray a 13x9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces.
Heat oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium high heat.
Add chicken and onions to the pan and cook until chicken is no longer pink and onions are translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute or two.
Pour tomato sauce, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, chicken broth and mushroom soup into chicken mixture. Stir until combined.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add pasta, stir to combine then spoon into prepared baking dish.
Top with mozzarella cheese, cover with aluminum foil and bake until cheese is melted, approximately 15 minutes.
Carefully remove from the oven.
Serve hot with a side salad and garlic bread.
