Buffalo Chicken Nuggets

These buffalo chicken nuggets are super delicious, fried, tossed with buffalo sauce, then baked.

  • In a shallow dish or large baggie, add ⅓ cup of flour.
  • In a second shallow dish, beat eggs, heavy cream, and buffalo sauce.
  • And the third shallow dish, add breadcrumbs, flour, and seasoning.
  • Dredge the chicken by first coating the pieces in flour, then into the wet mixture and finally, cover with flour/breadcrumb mixture.
  • Be sure to completely cover the chicken pieces with the breadcrumb mixture. Press mixture onto chicken to ensure the coating will stick.
  • In a large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  • Once oil is hot, drop coated chicken pieces into pan and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from oil and set on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  • Add fried nuggets to a bowl and toss/coat in buffalo sauce.
  • Place buffalo coated nuggets on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375° for 7 minutes.
  • Remove from oven. Enjoy with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
