  • Add 3 cups of blueberries to Vitamix, blender, or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • In a medium bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and blended blueberries. Mix until combined.
  • Next, add the whipped cream, beat until combined then fold in chopped blueberries.
  • In a large Ziploc bag, crush graham crackers.
  • In a small bowl, mix together crushed graham crackers, butter, and sugar.
  • Add clumps of graham crackers into the mixture and fold in gently.
  • Pour mixture into a metal 9 x 5 inch baking pan and cover with plastic wrap.
  • Place in the freezer for 4+ hours or until filling has set.
