- ½ cup butter, room temperature
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoon diced green chilies
- 1 loaf ciabatta or French bread, cut in half horizontally
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven 375°.
In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, and diced green chilies together until combined.
Spread butter mixture on each half of bread loaf.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 9-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with cheese and turn oven to broil.
Place bread back into the oven for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Serve immediately.
