For the Pork

  • Spray a large crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Add pork, onion, Coca-Cola, chicken broth, barbecue sauce, garlic salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning, mix together.
  • Cover and cook low and slow for 6 hours or high for 4 hours or until tender.
  • Shred pork and place back in crockpot for 30 minutes.

For the Sandwiches

  • Cut a hoagie roll down the middle. Place pulled pork in the roll, top with BBQ sauce and provolone cheese.
  • Optional: Place in oven and bake until cheese is meted.
