Cheesy Beef Sliders

These cheesy beef sliders are an absolutely delicious slider recipe that is loaded with deliciously seasoned ground beef, cheese, all in a tomato base sauce, and baked on Hawaiian rolls.

  • Preheat oven to 350°, butter a baking sheet, and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, cook ground beef, onions, and garlic until meat is no longer pink. Drain grease and return to pan.
  • Sprinkle all seasonings and pepper over meat mixture, stir, and add tomato sauce and olives.
  • Heat over medium heat, then add 3 cups of shredded cheese. Stir until melted.
  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and lay the bottom of rolls on the buttered baking sheet.
  • Top with meat mixture, sprinkle remaining cheese on meat.
  • Add top of rolls and then brush with melted butter.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
