Spicy Home Style Potatoes

cup
cheese
grated (any type cheese will work)

ripe avocado
pitted and sliced
⅔
cup
salsa
mild or medium
Instructions
Cut croissants in half.
Add home style potatoes to croissants.
Top with grated cheese.
If needed, heat in microwave for 20-25 seconds to melt the cheese.
Add sliced avocados
Top with salsa.
