cups
leftover rib eye,
diced into ½" pieces (see notes for my garlic lime steak bites recipe)

tortilla chips

cups
sharp cheddar cheese,
shredded
2
cups
Monterey Jack cheese,
shredded
Optional:
jalapeno slices, salsa, avocado salsa, fresh cilantro, sour cream, onions
Instructions
Place tortilla chips on microwave safe plate.
Place a spoonful of diced rib eye on top of each chip.
Add a heaping spoonful of each type of cheese on top of meat.
Top each chip with a jalapeno slice.
Place in microwave until cook until cheese is melted, approximately 60-75 seconds.
Carefully remove and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
