Grilled BBQ Meatloaf Sliders

Instructions

  • Spray grill with a non stick spray and turn heat to medium.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. 
  • Divide into 12 equal pieces, shape into patties and place onto a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. 
  • Place patties on grill and top with barbecue sauce.
  • Cook for 7-10 minutes then flip and top with additional barbecue sauce.
  • Grill for approximately 7-10 more minutes. Turn heat off then top with cheddar cheese, close lid and let cheese melt. 
  • Remove from grill and assemble sliders with mayo, lettuce, or any other condiments of your choice.
