  • Using a Vitamix or food processor, add lime juice, salsa, jalapeño, red onion, garlic, sour cream, cilantro, tomatillos and avocados. Mix until well blended. 
  • Salt to taste. Chill.
  • Serve with tortilla chips. Use on tacos, burritos, nachos or add to your favorite Mexican dish.
