Broccoli Cheddar Tater Tot Casserole

  • 32 oz bag of frozen tater tots, extra crispy, defrosted
  • 10 oz can broccoli cheese soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 3 cups grated cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 3 quart baking dish with non stick spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir soup, sour cream, 2 cups cheese, onion, butter, salt and pepper together until well combined.
  3. Add tater tots and stir until well coated.
  4. Spoon into 3 quart baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining cup of cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
