Bacon Wrapped Hashbrown Patties

  • 1 lb applewood bacon any bacon will do
  • 8 hasbrown patties
  • Vegetable oil enough to cover the pan with 1/2" of oil


  • Sour Cream
  • Avocado slices
  • Salsa
  • Scrambled eggs


  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan to 350°.
  2. Wrap each hashbrown with 1-2 strips of bacon.
  3. Place each hashbrown into pan and fry until desired crispiness is obtained.
  4. Remove from pan and place onto a plate lined with paper towels.
  5. Serve with sour cream, avocado slices, salsa and scrambled eggs.
  6. Enjoy!
