Santa Fe Breakfast Croissants

  • 6 croissants
  • Spicy Home Style Potatoes
  • 1 cup cheese, grated (any type cheese will work)
  • 2 ripe avocado, pitted and sliced
  • ⅔ cup salsa, mild or medium
  1. Cut croissants in half.
  2. Add home style potatoes to croissants.
  3. Top with grated cheese.
  4. If needed, heat in microwave for 20-25 seconds to melt the cheese.
  5. Add sliced avocados
  6. Top with salsa.
  7. Enjoy!
