Bacon Wrapped Hashbrown Patties
Here’s some bacon wrapped hashbrown patties that will make breakfast a bit more enjoyable. The kids will love it, the family with love it and you will love it. Crispy bacon with crunchy hashbrowns in one. A perfect addition to the breakfast menu.
Basically, just wrap each hashbrown with one or two pieces of bacon, fry them in a little vegetable oil, cook until done, top with your favorite toppings, like sour cream, cilantro, salsa, avocados, cheese and enjoy.

Try these bacon wrapped hashbrown patties today
- 1 lb applewood bacon (any bacon will do)
- 8 hasbrown patties
- Vegetable oil (enough to cover the pan with ½" of oil)
- Sour Cream
- Avocado slices
- Scrambled eggs
- Heat oil in a large frying pan to 350°.
- Wrap each hashbrown with 1-2 strips of bacon.
- Place each hashbrown into pan and fry until desired crispiness is obtained.
- Remove from pan and place onto a plate lined with paper towels.
- Serve with sour cream, avocado slices, salsa and scrambled eggs.
